“Un Hommage a Fromage”: French Cheeses and More at The Better Cheddar

- You are invited to The Better Cheddar for a fantastic evening of French cheeses, wines and appetizers created through cooking demonstrations. Bring your friends, too. Hurry because space is very limited.We will start off with a traditional "French 75" cocktail and French Cornichons and other starters available at The Better Cheddar. Then class will begin. Cheryl will lead us through a tasting of 5 French cheeses with companion wines, and Kim will create several delicious appetizers. We'll taste them all! We'll also have a few trivia questions to see if we paid attention, and we'll have discounts on our shopping that night. Wow - don't miss this fun and informative event.
