- Learn the time-honored skills of pie baking and show them off at the holidays this year! We'll cover how to make, roll and handle pie dough, and demo some classic pie-filling recipes. Each student will make an oven-ready, double-crusted apple pie to finish at home. Bring an apron, rolling pin, an 8-9 inch pie plate and container large enough to transport your unbaked pie.
