- PERSONAL PROTECTION TRAINING Learn the basics of self-defense and personal protection. Class includes valuable information to protect yourself and your family. Topics include: home safety & security, travel safety, situational awareness, crime prevention and avoidance. Class also includes ?hands-on? self-defense practice and an overview of personal defense tools. Participants must be at least 15 years old (with a parent). Participants should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Class sizes are limited, so register early! Instructor: Marty Augustine.
