Blue Springs Introduction to Martial Arts Ages 7 and Up
- What:
- A-Plus Karate for Kids is offering introductory martial arts for ages 7 and up. Students learn life skills such as discipline, focus, confidence and respect. Classes develop physical fitness, self-defense and flexibility. Classes meet at A-Plus Karate For Kids, 629A Mock Plaza on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 6 p.m. Register at the Parks & Recreation Office. Cost is $45 for a 6-week (12 class) session and includes a uniform.
