- Blue Springs Parks & Recreation is offering a variety of indoor divisions and leagues during the fall and winter months. The game is adaptable to all levels of competition.League fees are based on a 10-game schedule. Rules and rosters are available in the Parks & Recreation Office. Call (816) 228-0137 for league availability and schedules. leagues will begin November 26.
