Creating Successful Advisor-Advisee Relationships
- What:
- This workshop will have four components. First, a panel of advisors and advisees will share the strategies that they feel made their relationships work. Second, the moderator will offer specific tips on how to bias for success by setting up roles and processes that will work for both parties and by establishing a type of communication that makes these roles and processes work. Participants will brainstorm how to handle difficult situations. Time will be set aside for audience sharing and questions.
