- It should come as no surprise that in 2007, a poll by the British Medical Journal found that clean water and sanitation comprised the most important medical advancement since 1840. Yet today, in 2012, more people have a cell phone than a toilet. We are working to change this.Come join us for an evening of wine, scotch, chocolate & commodes. (And kickoff World Toilet Day!)
