Cooking with Vegetables Workshop
- What:
- Karen Elliott, Nutrition Specialist with University of Missouri Extension, will be the speaker. We will look at how to identify when produce is at its peak, proper storage to protect quality, and ways to prepare produce and maintain its rich nutrition and flavor. We will prepare and taste select recipes with simple ingredients and preparation. You will leave with a recipe in hand to prepare for your family.
