Gerald Timble's Celtic/World Music Sessions presents 'Beatles Baroque Holiday Concert Celebrating John Lennon and George Harrison'
- What:
- The concert features special guest Darrell Lea on vocals and guitar. This alternative holiday performance will present a combination of original arrangements of Beatles' favorites and English Baroque/Celtic Roots improvisations performed on rare historic instruments including Gerald Trimble playing his 17th century viola da gamba and the New Atlantis group: Rebecca Bell on harpsichord, Bill Banks on 1911 Gibson Mandobass, and Serdar Tuncten, percussion. The evening is a tribute to Lennon and Harrison as universal souls whose lives represent the true meaning of the Holidays as a celebration of world unity.
