From November 21st- 25th you pick any cat or dog in the Kansas City, Missouri Animal Shelter and YOU get to choose the adoption fee. Your adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, microchip, deworming, age-appropriate vaccinations and 30 days of Shelter Care insurance
