One Woman Show: 'LAND, SEA, AND STUDIO' by EILEEN D. MCCOY

- Widely known for her lively caricature art illustrations, Eileen D'Angelo-McCoy is an award-winning life-long painter. She is part of a global community of artists who paint and publish paintings online for show and sale. She is an active member of MVIS, GKCAA and is the recipient of several awards for her work, from regional juried competitions. Her artist’s resume includes work as a full-time caricature artist (with live performances, drawing over 2000 happy faces annually); courtroom sketch artist; freelance painter and production artist for Hallmark Cards; and display artist for Macy’s Midwest. Regarding drawing: “I positioned myself in public places every day for years and drew!” Regarding Painting: Eileen studied art early-on in private studio settings with Lou Marak, Philomene Bennett, Frank Szasz, Harry Fredman, and at NWMSU. She holds a degree from UMKC in Communications/ Art.
