Learn the safest and most effective exercises you can do to regain strength and endurance in “Exercising Your Way Strong,” a free program from The University of Kansas Hospital. The program, appropriate for all levels, will be from 11 a.m.-noon, Jan. 24, at The University of Kansas Clinical Research Center in the Fairway Office Park, 4350 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Fairway, Kan.
