What:
Young yogis will improve body awareness, focus & concentration, mindfulness, strength & flexibility. In this playful yoga experience your child will learn challenging poses through songs and games. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can carry over into the yogis' practice outside of class in everyday life.
