home Needle Felting Workshop: Woolen Critters

What:
Make your favorite animal using the craft of needle felting! Instructor Sonia Spotts will teach you how to transform raw wool into a lifelike or whimsical miniature animal using needle felting tools. This simple and fun technique will be taught in two sessions: January 26 and February 2 (1-4 pm. both days). Watkins Woolen Mill State Historic Site January 26 and February 2 1:00pm 4:00pm both days $45.00 This workshop was created for adults and would be appropriate for children ten years or older. Watkins Mill Association will provide all the materials and a selection of patterns for making one needle felted animal. Or, bring a photo of your favorite furry friend and learn how to make a pattern from it!
