KCMTA Multi-Piano Concerts 'Kansas City, Here We Come!'

- Lawrence, KS - On February 10th, the Kansas City Music Teachers Association will present their 20th annual Multi-Piano Concerts: “Kansas City, Here We Come!”. Performers will present two different concerts, at 2 pm and 4:30 pm at the Lied Center of Kansas. The concerts feature over 525 total musicians, performing in duet teams on 16 grand pianos. Doug Talley, acclaimed Kansas City jazz artist and educator, will conduct the ensemble. Tickets are general admission and can be purchased at the door for $5. This year’s program will highlight a variety of Kansas City history, attractions and culture and will include a variety of musical styles.
