- Because of so many changes in society over the last 50 years, there are now four distinct generations in the workplace, each with differing outlooks shaped by common formative experiences growing up. This seminar will explore these generational differences and how they affect communication, management, and leadership in the workplace. The seminar will include a discussion of how to navigate these differences effectively.
