- Started with Fossil full time as the first designer hired at the company in 1987. Since that time Tim has concentrated on providing leadership for the company in the areas of design, branding, photography and leadership in building and managing the in-house creative group. The group now includes marketing, design, photography, print production and digital services and numbers approximately 90 members in the ComDesign Group.
