2013 Winter Trout Program

- Bring the kids and come watch as 3,000 lbs. of trout are released in Shawnee Mission Park Lake and 1,000 lbs. each are placed at Heritage Park Lake and Kill Creek Park Lake. Kill Creek will be stocked at noon, Heritage Park at 2:30 p.m. and Shawnee Mission Park at 3:45 p.m. The 2013 Trout Season will begin with a siren start at 8 am on Saturday, Feb. 23 at all three lakes.
