The Kansas City Puppet Slam

- For the third consecutive year The Paul Mesner Puppets offer its unique comedy show The Kansas City Puppet Slam on Friday, February 22 and Saturday, February 23, both shows at 8 p.m. This entertaining “adults only” performance event has been described by one observer as “a cross between An Evening at the Improv and the Muppets Take KC.” The comedy club-style show features local puppeteers along with movement artists performing hilarious, and often ribald vignettes on topical subjects of the day. The Paul Mesner Puppet Studio is located at 1006 E. Linwood in Kansas City, MO. Tickets, all general seating, are $10 each.
