- Gorgeous floral arrangements, mouth-watering snacks and innovative ideas for planning “the big day” take over the Lenexa Conference Center from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24 for the second annual Lenexa Bridal Show. Admission to the show is free by registering at www.lenexa.com or calling 913-477-7100 in advance. Tickets at the door are $5. Enjoy food, drinks, entertainment, fashion, free giveaways and pampering for the bride while planning a dream wedding. Brides can create a day specially tailored to them at this intimate, informational show that features the finest local wedding businesses and services. Free samples will be available and there’s a chance to win fabulous door prizes as well. As a show special, Lenexa Parks and Recreation is offering a 10-percent discount for any bride who books a wedding or reception at the Lenexa Conference Center during the event.
