Building a Resilient You! Presented by ADHDKCTeen

Building a Resilient You! Presented by ADHDKCTeen

Class/Workshop, Community Event, Children
The first ADHDKCTeen meeting will be September 4th. It’s all about resilience – the ability to pick yourself back up and move forward after any setback or problem. ADHDKCTeen meetings are free and open to the public but designed for teens. A diagnosis of ADHD is not required, since anyone can learn from the information provided. Who doesn’t want self improvement? Katherine Melton, MPH, MCHES, the Community Prevention Coordinator from the Johnson County Mental Health Center, will be leading this event. The event is geared for middle and high school students. Parents are welcome, but not required, to attend. We will start with a meet and greet from 6-7pm, followed by the speaker presentation about building resilience from 7-8pm. To RSVP for this event, please see our website linked separately.
