Cornerstone Church held its first public service January 8th, 1984 at the Cordill-Mason Elementary School in Blue Springs with a core group of committed friends from a home Bible study group. Pastor Tom had carried a vision in his heart for almost seven years for a Bible-teaching worship center in Blue Springs to minister to the needs of eastern Jackson County residents.
