Boos & Barks Halloween Parade
Families and their dogs are invited to wear costumes and join in the costume parade from City Hall Plaza to Howard Station Park. After the parade, children are welcome to trick-or-treat at participating Downtown businesses. Awards will be given out for the best costumes at Howard Station Park.

Collect fun, holiday cookies from participating Downtown Lee’s Summit businesses and receive a cookie recipe book. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Limited number of tickets available.
